Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GovernAI platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
1. Use of the Service
GovernAI grants your organization a non-exclusive right to access the platform under the tier and seat count purchased. Access follows your identity provider's group membership where SSO/SCIM is configured.
2. Acceptable Use
Content and safety policies configured by your administrators are enforced automatically. Attempting to circumvent policy enforcement, rate limits, or the human-approval gate on write actions is a violation of these terms.
3. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data submitted to and indexed by GovernAI. Indexed company knowledge is stored in your own database or cloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Service Availability
We target 99.9% uptime for Professional and Enterprise tiers, with specific SLA terms defined in your order form for Enterprise agreements.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate for convenience with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, exported audit and compliance data remains available for 90 days.
